Spring 2022 was a difficult time for Ukrainian startups, and VanOnGo was no exception. The team was feeling frustrated and exhausted, as we had been devoting much of their time and energy to volunteering efforts and pivoting their business outside of Ukraine. The situation in our home country was dire, and it seemed as though our startup would never take off. However, the decision by Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund to fund in VanOnGo was like a lifeline, giving the team the inspiration and motivation they needed to press on.
With the support of Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund, the VanOnGo team shifted our focus to the EU market, accelerating fundraising efforts and increasing their participation in events across Europe and the United States. We are determined to make our startup a success, even in the face of overwhelming odds. The road ahead was uncertain, and the journey was long, but the team was inspired by the belief that Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund had in us and our startup.

The Vanongo team had to overcome the challenges of navigating a new market, building connections, and securing funding. But with the support of Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund, we are able to overcome these obstacles and move forward, step by step, in full darkness.
In the end, the VanOnGo team emerged victorious, having proven that with hard work, determination anything is possible.
